Lion’s Mane

A growing body of evidence also showed that not having adequate vitamin D might put people at higher risk of getting severe COVID-19 infection. However, the evidence is not enough to recommend either for or against the use of vitamin D for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19.

Regardless, one undeniable fact is more people than you think are having insufficient vitamin D levels. The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East has been reported to range from 20 to 90%, highlighting the importance of getting adequate vitamin D.

Intravenous vitamin drips 

Joe Rogan has mentioned using IV vitamin drips containing zinc, vitamin C, and glutathione. Joe said that IV drips work better but it is not true. IV drips give you water with salt, which you could get from a sports drink. The boost in hydration but not nutrients, is what makes people think they feel better after IV treatment.
